Silly question perhaps - but why not Amiga rainbow check mark mouse, Amiga rainbow check mark keyboards etc? If I remember correctly, the Amiga check mark is not an active trademark anymore, so anyone can use it, and it (from my experience anyhow) a much more recognized symbol for Amiga.

And it is so much nicer than the boing ;)

(and this reminds me I should visit the local T-shirt shop to see what they can do for a big nice Amiga rainbow check mark on a kickstart 2+ purple T-shirt)

Wouldn't match the keyboard!

Is it the standard black Loitech mouse with the boing ball instead of logitech logo? Why not sell just the boing ball badge as many people already use the Logitech mouse?

People grumble endlessly about postage and package on tiny items therefore anyone offering a badge would have to compromise on the item's profit margin hence it wouldn't be worthwhile for anyone to offer it for sale worldwide.  A mouse in itself serves a purpose from day one and is a worthwhile investment, a reasonable profit margin can still be achieved and p&p more or less the same as the badge.
No point selling either if you aren't going to make any profit.

@ kolla

I'm with you in that I prefer the classic checkmark..but at least we've got officially licenced boing now so I can't complain :-)

I for one really like this mouse... I'm going to order a mouse and keyboard for my dedicated amiga emulation machine, which is a black dell slimline pc so it works out nicely.

Its great that silly billy and amiga incorporated disappeared, otherwise there wouldn't be these things coming out without giving that jackoff a kickback for nothing.

I wonder what that idiot is doing,Someone said he's running a brothel in india...I wonder if he's pissed off to see the successful stuff thats been happening since his greedy paws are off amiga stuff now.

Seems like tons of activity since silly billy left the scene. I think that says alot about what he was doing to screw up everything amiga for years.

This is what I'm using for a dedicated amiga emulator :

http://ackservices2.com/images/gx260%203.jpg

Its a dell gx260, you can get these on ebay for 30$-75$ they are like 2ghz
and work really well for this purpose.

I tried using kxlight install but it works crappy, instead it boots xp but xp shell was removed in favor of os3.x amiga forever. You don't even know windows is underneath unless you really have to fix something.

Works great, and with those new amiga boing ball keyboard and mouse, it will look even better.

The rainbow check is by Commodore. The ball is Amiga unique.

I'm voting for a sticker set (the solid kind not paper). Case, Keyboard, Monitor and Mouse. Have  the check, "Amiga" name, and the boing ball in it.

I don't think so. The checkmark belongs to HiToro and early Amiga inc, not Commodore.

A customer mentioned that this PS/2 version of the Boing Ball Mouse (http://amigakit.leamancomputing.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=981) compliments the Minimig (http://amigakit.leamancomputing.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=777) also..
