Title: Commodore Amiga A4000 030EC on uk ebay
Post by: amigamad on November 28, 2003, 08:42:37 PM
This is the A40000 EC030 model, meaning a motorola 68030 running at 25mhz. There is 18 meg of memory installed (16 fast and 2 chip). There is also 2 hard drives fitted using the idefix solution (a 2.6 gig fujitsu with about 20 odd thousand bad blocks mapped out by quarterback tools, and a perfect nick 1 gig quantum). It is also fitted with a 24 speed CD Rom and the standard high density disk drive. The battery seems fine with just a slight hint of corrosion starting, but the motherboard seems fine.

EC030 originally was a 25Mhz 68030 with no MMU and an FPU socket. That's how it'll come unless the seller has fitted an FPU. :-)
