Title: Booting A1200 in NTSC and HD

I have the AmigaKit PAL A1200 (3.0) with HD and everything works fine if I boot PAL. However, if I try to boot NTSC I get the screen asking for the OS disks.
 
What do I need to do in order to boot NTSC and load files from HD?
