Ok then, judging by the overwhelming lack of reply's to my 'A Little Brain Teaser' thread, It looks like that one was 'too old school' or just 'too hard' (take yer pick !)
So let's try this one...
'Hello, Hello, Hello'
'Is their anybody in there'
'Just nod if you can hear me'
'Is there anyone at home'
Go On, NAME THAT TUNE ?

Hey, if you're going to post quizzes based on binary representations of bizarre commands from arcane computer systems, then I'm going to post lyrics from a song this side of the 90s  I challenge anyone to get this without Googling it (and yes, I'll know if you did. I can see things!!!!!)
Walking like giant cranes
And with my X-ray eyes I strip you naked
in a tight little world
are you on the list?

gonna dig out some cd's and start listen (REM I Think)
it's the 'And with my X-ray eyes I strip you naked' line that rings a bell...
Gonna get this one...

Well you're warm, but wrong decade - it's from the 00s. Maybe that will narrow your search ;)

Spent all day listening to my REM stuff, Nope wasn't them (enjoyed it though)...
My brother in law popped in and asked what I was up to, sniggering he blurted out it was RadioHead, 'A Wolf At The Door' from the album 'Hail To The Thief'.
Damn, that spoiled that one for me... (he's now barred !!!)
Ok. so I can't take the credit for that one, put up another please... :)
In the meantime I'll leave you with this one, its from the late 90's
'Johnny the horse was kicked to death'
'he died for entertainment'
Cheers :drink:

Ok, try this one - was listening today :)
I'm so lonely, that's ok
I shaved my head
And I'm not sad
And just maybe
I'm to blame for all I've heard

Drat, none of those lyrics ring a bell in my little brain...
But as I hate giving up on a challenge, I'll need a clue for this one (please...) :)
Your right it's a great song (I'll have to erm... borrow the brother in laws CD, he owes me that much) ;)
My favorite Radiohead track of all time is CREEP (pure class)
I'll leave my other one open for now, in case theirs someone out their who might give it a go.
(go on give us a clue, pretty please, grovel.. grovel..)

Ok. Your clue is: "Periodic table"

Hmm, was never a big fan of Creep TBH. I would have great difficulty choosing my favourite Radiohead song :)

The Elements is the only thing I can get from that clue, and if their is a group called that, then being a bit long in the tooth as I am, I haven't heard of them.
Or maybe there's a group Zinc or Hydrogen or Plutonium or something like that...
I guess I'll have to give on this one, cos theres no way I'm googling it and cheatin... :)
Go on then, I Admit Defeat...

Well you're right to be thinking of elements on the periodic table, but you should be thinking of the name of the song not the band... ;)

Damn!!! :(
The brother in law spoiled it again...
I was visiting my sister last night, when I told him about the periodic table clue
next thing he headed over and put on a Nirvana CD...
So the answer is Lithium by Nirvana... :)
As the brother in law said, I would never have got that one anyway as I never listen to Nirvana :laugh1:
I think I'll have to remain stuck in the 80's or update my music collection a bit...
The answer to the other one I left was:-
Johhny The Horse By Madness from the album Wonderful (1999)
Reckon I'll have to give up on this little quiz...:roflmao:
Cheers :drink:

Ok one more go... :)
This time I'll give you the entire lyrics to the song... :)
' Ne-Ne-Na-Na-Na-Na-Nu-Nu'
If no one can get this one then it proves that there
are no real music lovers in the Amiga Community... :D
(either that, or no one else is as daft as me...) :python:
-
If you didn't believe me about that one... :)
