Title: Boot options commodity
Post by: fishy_fiz on July 27, 2010, 03:36:27 PM
Just wondering if anyone can suggest any commodities that allow for different user-startup scripts to be selected at boot ?  I know they exist, but Ive never used them before. Ideally I just want something that let's me do this in an indescrete way (holding down a button at boot for example ?). Oh, and Im using OS3.x.
Thanks in advance.

I'm using GetMouseInput (http://aminet.net/package/util/boot/GetMouseInput) to select different startup scripts (with mouse buttons) at boot time combined with TheChoice (http://aminet.net/package/util/boot/TheChoice2) you can also have a nice bootmenu.

I'm using both on my Amiga's, they are light and simple to setup. Here are my Bootmenu and Startup-Sequence with GetMouseInput:
