Title: New SDL library available for AmigaOS4

A new version of SDL is available.

This version is very important since it fixes some problems with keyboard handling (now your keyboard layout is recognized), a problem with fullscreen toggling and enables the possibility to load GL functions dynamically and some other.

The obvious question to ask: where is the OS3 version?

OS3 version is out since some long time.

SDL 1.2.13 is old, there is 1.2.14 here
