Hello All,
I just bought GVP-M 060 T-REX card. Problem I can't get it to boot in my A4000T. Does the motherboard cpu jumpers have to be set on internal or external?
Thanks for your help,
Thanks in advance,
Merv Stent

Mettez les cavaliers J100 et J104 de votre carte mère en position "INT" s'ils ne le sont pas (c'est le cas si vous aviez auparavant une carte A3640).

Put the jumpers J100 and J104 on your motherboard in position "INT" if they are not (this is the case if you had a card previously A3640).

Hi! Merv the clock jumpers should be set to internal. Strange I know but it does the trick you may have to remove your 16 meg fast mem if you are loading kickstart into ram
if you dont you may get Gurus take it out and all is sweet. Hope this helps.
cheers

I Used to use the same board in my A2500. The problem is the computer is so much faster its trying to boot info off a hard drive that hasn't sped up to speed yet. To get it to go, would first cold boot and then do 2 warm reboots...each after the disk lights stopped. Still would start faster than my pc.
