Hello all.
I'm trying to put together an animation with ImageFX 4.5 studio on my WinUAE setup and am running into a lot of gurus.
My WinUAE is set up as a high end A4000 with 256 mb of Z3 Fast Ram and P96.
The crashing is not consistent and will crash variously around 300, 400, or 500 frames or so. So, in order to have a 600 frame animation, do I need to set the Ram higher (or can you)
Thanks.

The highest RAM setting for WinUAE that still keeps it nice and stable is 1 Yottabyte. Don't use that as fake fastram though.

As a 32-bit process, WinUAE itself is limited to 2 GB on 32-bit Windows and 4 GB on 64-bit Windows, so any memory allocated for the emulation must take into account the overhead of the emulator. With the right combination of settings, you can allocate 1.5 GB plus extra bits here and there--chip, fast, etc.

Wow! Excellent.
Is there any difference between the Fast Slot Fast Ram and the Z3 Fast Ram? Do you need to have both chosen, or only one needed?

For your purposes there is no difference between those ram types.
