My A1200 has not been used since last autumn, no sparetime to tweak and play :(
So I`m thinking of selling it for some reasonable price. Maybe someone can give estimation ?
-A1200 (old new stock from Amigakit 2008)
-Blizzard 1230 IV (68030@50MHz, 68882@50MHz, 32MB RAM)
-Compact Flash-adapter in IDE-bus with 4GB CF-card AmigaOS 3.9/BB2 installed
-Indivision SD/FF
-3Com PCMCIA-10BaseT network-card
-Cocolino mouse-adapter
-2x Amiga original power
-ATX-power to Amiga -adapter
thanks in advance ;)

Sell it for slightly less than Amigakit sells it.

I might be willign to buy parts of that syetem if you split it up. Like the Power adapter and FF.

Can we assume that there is a web browser installed? How does it do with the internet? I have no experience on the 'net with Amiga.

Sure there`s a browser; It`s Amiga.

I thought that old new stock of A1200 was sold out?
-
Is it pretty usable on the 'net or a rather frustrating experience?

depends. on am 030 its good for going to aminet and downloading files. most sites will no longer render correctly with ibrowse or aweb.

As reference, one was sold a few days ago for $250 with an 030, in box with CF, etc

Hmmm some low estimates so far.
As parts, I estimate;
-A1200 (old new stock from Amigakit 2008) £100 if boxed
-Blizzard 1230 IV (68030@50MHz, 68882@50MHz, 32MB RAM) £150
-Compact Flash-adapter in IDE-bus with 4GB CF-card AmigaOS 3.9/BB2 installed £25
-Indivision SD/FF £125 if boxed
-3Com PCMCIA-10BaseT network-card £15
-Cocolino mouse-adapter £20
-2x Amiga original power £5
-ATX-power to Amiga -adapter £10
All in £450

Depending which kind of uses you can give to the Amiga in the Net.. But in general its very usable. I dont test the Netsurf browser (just Ibrowse).
Maybe its like take arround in any Classic car!. :afro:
