I need to replace the PSU in my A3000 (Elbox Mirage tower), however most (all?) ATX PSU don't have -5V connected.
Do I need to find an older second hand PSU instead or can I modify a modern ATX?

Just add a negative power regulator (79L05) and a pair of small electrolytic capacitors (22uF will be enough) and hook the regulator to the -12V rail.

Thanks!
Found out I had an ATX PSU with -5V in my PC so I just swapped with the newly bought. Already got the parts for doing the hack so I'm ready for the next time!

Just remember to move the 'tick' jumper to video source or the Amiga will refuse to boot, as the original PSU provides it (the same as the A2000, A4000 models dropped the tick signal inside the PSU).
