Title: PowerIcons under OS 3.1

Possible or not? The .readme says 3.5 or higher, but it doesn't say why..l

When you try to run it, it'll say

ERROR: You need icon.library v44+ :-(

Well, that's the easy answer. ;-)

Long answer is probably that v44 is able to handle chunky bitmaps, whereas v40 isn't.
