Okay so I hate Windows, but..
What if they took Amiga Forever and modified it to where
it could run multiple instantiations of 68000 series uProc cores??
-
You'd have to update AmigaDOS to take advantage of multiple CPUs, else you'd just have multiple emulations running separately (which you can already do).
-
It would add a lot of complexity but I often wondered whether or not the graphics and sound hardware emulation could be implemented in a multithreaded way to get better performance from multiple cores.

This question seems very familiar somehow

I think it goes around and around :)

I think you mean WinUAE.....Amiga Forever is just some ham fisted production from a money grabbing clueless and technically inept company who's only contribution to the contents of the Amiga Forever disc is to make it LESS capable/flexibility ;)
I sometimes wonder if Cloanto is owned by Medhi Ali :)

If it is, don't complain. It is the only legal way to get new Amiga Kickstart and OS licenses.

I agree Cloanto at least tries to make a contribution. However, with Amiga Inc. dead I'm not so sure you could say with 100% certainty that just downloading a rom and disks is an illegal act at this point. Can't say with 100% certainty it's legal either I suppose.
