AMR as usual has about 100 covers and contents scans so don't point me there, looked already :)
Looked on Usenet and nothing there either, but I've been told there was some uploaded a while ago somewhere.
I fancy something new to read :)

Guess nobody here has ever seen these on Usenet, making the person who proclaimed such a thing had happened a bit of a n0b lol

I was the no0b that said that they were online. Actually, I believe I said there were many, many Amiga magazines posted on Usenet but did not mention Amiga World specifically.
This gentleman has done all the posting:
http://www.bombjack.org/commodore/
However, he has not posted his Amiga World collection (but almost everything else he has done). I have emailed him twice asking but he has said he has been busy but will do it soon. You could email him as well to see if you could help motivate him. His scans are very well done. I've enjoyed reading .info and AC again (on my iPod Touch).
His site also lists which newsgroup they are posted in. The magazines total about 54 gig.
There is also quite a collection of books posted as well.

The person that mentioned it to me is someone I know and it was on a different forum not here and not you :)
And I give up on that guy, instead of putting up decent magazines he has marked as finished scanning like Amiga World or what has been partially done of Amiga Format he keeps doing some lame updates for some geeky nerdy useless C= 8bit books on the site. The guy clearly favours 6502 op code hand books over Amiga magazines :)

For the great majority of the world, both C= 8 bit books and Amiga magazines fall under the "geeky nerdy useless" category. Guess he just picked which ones he felt like doing first.
