Title: WTB: A2000 case
Post by: save2600 on June 03, 2010, 07:40:42 PM
Looking for a case in great shape. I do not need the mobo, power supply or keyboard. Just the top and bottom case with the sled that holds the power supply and drives. I also need at least one internal floppy drive and really don't even need the front bezel if yours is all funky.

I've got a friend who has about 1/2 dozen A2000s.  Sadly, all of the cases are completely thrashed at this point.  (Mine, on the other hand, is in amazingly good shape...)

Anyway, my thoughts are to figure out how to match the original paint color on them, take them to a paint shop, and have them resprayed.

I can help you out.  I can even throw in a motherboard at no extra charge!  (That way I won't have to take it out!)

Let me know how you wanna work this.  I have some marked Amiga 2000 and some marked Amiga 2000HD.  Don't think any of them are Amiga 2500 labelled but I'd have to check.
