Hi, what dessert would you most associate with your Amiga experience?
-
Gobi?

I say pancakes and ice cream. Quick, simple and delicious.
-
a banana split.
a pain in the ass to work with sometimes, but enjoyable in the end. :D
-
A snifter of Macallan 18.
-
A chocolate sundae,
Smooth, creamy, elegant vanilla covered with a warm rich fudge and...
smothered with nuts...

I would have had a great answer if you had only one "s" in there...
Anyway, Pavlova, mostly egg fluff with a little whip cream and fruit on top...

Dessert? What the...
Is this an SAT test question?
Waffle iron is to moon rock as kickball is to _______?
(I originally put "doggie style" instead of moon rock but the analogy makes no sense that way)
(the correct answer of course is "boob")
(I really wish my wife wasn't at work right now)
(I'm not thinking about desserts, sorry)

It's been left out so long that I can't remember what it was. It's beginning to look a little stale and moldy. :(
I think we need a fresh batch of them soon.

Minimig et al. ?
-
Something with plenty of sour grapes.
-
Vanilla ice cream with a mug of black coffee to go with it. People get carried away with all sorts of wacky frappuchino and berry cookie ice cream, but in the end, it gets things done without too much fuss

"Noble Rot" and Amiga just go together...
Something with plenty of sour grapes.

If Amiga was a dessert what would it be?
Difficult to write software for.

Difficult to write software for.
Still plug and play, but much more fattening.

Rhubarb pie... followed by dinner.
(Go ahead, Mom's not looking, it's o.k. to eat your dessert first.)

Like vanilla icecream not the whole dessert but the beginning before you add all the toppings.

A hand made xmas pudding with real egg custard as far as the A1000 goes.
Complex interaction of ingredients, high quality ingredients, and satisfying with a huge portion of "feel good" factor when eaten.

An Apple?

A woman's body topped with whipped cream.

Hmm, Years ago, a local resaurant had had a chocolate cake layered with vanilla ice cream, with a warm bittersweet hot fudge on top.... and the obligatory whipped cream and tasteless cherry.
I think it suited the Amiga well. Sweet, bitter, hot, and cold....... Oh, and mean...., if you count the waitress

Obviously some dessert that was popular in the 80's but's out of favour now - Dream Topping?
