Okay, I may have the opportunity to purchase an "Amiga Development System." It looks like a plain old Amiga 1000, but it has a Commodore logo where the Amiga logo should be, and was supposedly released before the A1000 was. Does anyone have any information on this sort of system, or what it's worth?
Thanks a bunch.

Ask for pictures.
All European A1000s had a Commodore logo on the lower left corner of the fascia. USA sold A1000s didn't have it. So is this Commodore logo in place of the rainbow tick and Amiga text, or is it printed onto the plastic?
Like so: (http://www.digicamhistory.com/Commodore%20Amiga%201000.jpg)
Also: in before someone mentions the alleged rarity of the signatures under the top cover. All production A1000s have them.
