Title: PicCon is now free

After a quick mail exchange with the author of PicCon (http://aminet.net/package/gfx/conv/PicCon250), I'm happy to announce that he agreed on releasing it as Public Domain.

There's a catch, though: He doesn't have the sources, binaries nor the key generator anymore.  So, if anyone out there has a registered version, you are free to spread this as you please.

I might have a registered copy on an old HD, and if I find it, I will make it available somewhere.

Might I suggest a Resource project to try and clean up some of the bugs in it?
