How does one generate accent marks on the Amiga?
Yes, I know I should know how to do this...

On the UK keyboard at least, its alt+f, g, h, j, or k then the vowel.

For instance alt+k then u gives ü.

And alt+f then e gives é.

Etc.

A useful tool is CharMap (http://us.aminet.net/text/font/CharMap.lha) this shows all the characters in a font and you can click on any character to get the corresponding key press.

Good if you don't use accented characters very often.
