There's a poll over on AW.net (http://amigaworld.net/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=31108&forum=15) to see how many people would buy a brand new programming guide for OS4.
Apologies for the cross post, but I'd rather have just the one poll running across the various sites.
Thanks

Have to wonder how many people will vote 'yes' just to 'show support' for AOS4. Hope the guy collects the money before committing to a printing run.

That's good to hear, at least somebody is doing ok in this slaughter house economy.

Have to wonder how many people will complain just to show their hate for AOS4

Over there, not many. Sing with the choir and wave pom poms or you'll likely get banned.

I would be happy to preorder such a resource. I am not a die hard OS4 fan, but like all flavours of the Amiga-like OS's I will try anything if I have the means to do so.

I think the book is a great idea. There's definitely a brick wall when it comes to obtaining decent programming info for the Amiga platform these days. And let's face it, the more programmers the better really.
Best of luck with your project!

Off topic, I know, but what ever happened to that book by I believe a German guy who covered all the 3x stuff? If I remember he was going to publish an updated version but someone put a scan on bit torrent and he got all emo about it and didn't go through with it.
