For some reason, If I pick "Super High-res laced", 1280x512, it acts like thats a square pixle screenmode. In the winuae properties display section, I've picked super high res there. If I don't tell winuae it's super high res, it stretches it to fit properly, but shrinks it down to 640x512 making an unreadable mess.
Has anyone had any problem like this before? I know it would make more sense to use p96 1280x1024, but where's the fun in that?

Isn't WinUAE capable of using HighGFx drivers to achieve 1024x768 on... uhm... "AGA"? :)
-
Yes, but that doesn't help even in the slightest.

I never grasped what use super highres laces was for, 1280x512, or with full overscan (I dont remember), but then I tried it with my CD32/SX32pro on a 40" TV at work that somehow had buildt in flickerfixer - wow :)
(Sorry for not being very helpfull.)

@ kolla
I think it was intended for higher-res video titling.
@ Hell Labs
Are you using the current WinUAE? SuperHiRes support is a relatively recent feature.
