Highlights of new features include: updated translations, mail handling speed improvements, improved ARexx commands, new toolbar graphics, support for the new notification system in AmigaOS4.1, and spam filter improvements.

Not so far as I can tell. No HTML mail support either. Seems to be very much a maintenance/bugfix release which, although welcome, is a bit underwhelming given the years of development time.
