Title: Delfina Flipper or MP3@64 on Deneb
Post by: radzik on February 16, 2010, 12:57:12 PM
I'm thinking about decode mp3 by hardware in mp3 players and frogger. For this task the best solution is Delfina or MP3@64? I heard that Delfina has got problems on Deneb clock port? Maybe better is to use it http://www.vesalia.de/e_a500clockport.htm instead of clock port on Deneb?

This is for an A2000? With a Deneb in Zorro-II mode?

I wonder if this 68000 CPU clock port adapter would work at all with an A2000 turbo card.. I guess it should do but unlikely to have ever been tested in such a configuration.

What other products would be recommended for a clockport enabled 68000 computer besides a battery backed up clock?  lol

AFAIK any problems regarding the Clockport is due to 32 bit access tricks of some drivers (reading the same register twice), which won't work in Zorro III mode. I'm not aware of problems in ZII mode.
