Try this (http://www.aminet.net/disk/misc/Devcopy.lha).
Very simple to use. For example:
devcopy file.adf (writes to DF0)
devcopy file.adf unit 1 (writes to DF1)

It's just a command-line based program. You have to start it from the Shell and specify which file you want to write to disk, and the drive (although that defaults to df0:).
So let's say you have an image called Assasins1.adf on your hard drive. Then...
devcopy dh0:Assasins1.adf
...would write the Assasins1.adf file from the hard drive to df0:
If you want to copy the image to a disk in df1: then
devcopy dh0:Assasins1.adf unit 1
would do the trick!

@Gav
Or try TransADF also from Aminet. I believe there's a TransADF_GUI to go with it as well. Works for me.

Find Adf2disk in any UAE/WinUAE archive and transfer it to real Amiga in C directort.Open a Shell window and enter where you ADF is.Simple type : Adf2disk filename.adf, so simple... :-D

or use Voodoo to decompress to hard drive (assuming the .ADF is readable in ADOS format)
