Hi all I still have Picasso IV plus TV module for sale what would you say would be a fare price in £
Thanks
-
Probably somewhere around £200-£250 for the PIV should sell it. No idea what a TV module is worth.
-
Thanks I had it up for 250 might try 200 see what happens

200 for both is a bargain then

Oh no, i was only talking about the tv module, not tv module together with the Picasso
I would say 250 would be a very good prize for the combo

The original price wasn't unreasonable, if someone had to have a PIV and came across the ad on this site it very well might have sold. According to a recent thread, there are something like 1100 "active" users on the site, and I'd bet the majority don't visit daily.
To sell stuff quick and near "top dollar," there's always eBay, where there are thousands(?) of hungry Amiga buyers!

Though the TV Module will be next to useless soon given the digital switch over. Though I suspect so digiboxes have RF
-
Next to useless? All the aerial sockets won't suddenly disappear when the transmitters turn off. It'll only be useless when all the tv manufacturers can be arsed to design analogue tuners back out, which they probably never will because they need the sockets to stay anyway. and aren't composite analogue too?

The s-video input can still be used with old consoles/amigas/dvd/etc.

The only thing I didn't like about it was that it had interlaced artifacts.
I sold it last year on eBay for around 35$, was really unlucky cause I saw one go for 150$ shortly after :(
