Title: Differences between 390229-01 and 390229-03 hybrids?
Post by: fiat1100d on January 15, 2010, 05:46:17 PM
Hello!

Does anyone know what difference there is between the two available revisions of the video hybrid "chips"? Are they fully compatible/exchangeable?

What revision does the A3000 use?
I did usually see -01 on OCS machines (A500, CDTV) and -03 on full ECS (A500+), so I am curious about A3000.

Thanks!

Possibly higher revs are a bit faster (ECS has 35 ns pixels), otherwise I have no idea. ;)
