Does anyone know please which cpu core in euae will give the fastest emulation speed for nonx86 (ie, non-jit) targets please ? Ive just setup my amithlon system again and want to setup a minimal euae/os3.x install with just a whdload menu for when I want to play some classic games. Speed is fine for ocs/ecs games, but aga stuff is a bit sluggish. Amithlon on this old a64 3400+ seems to run 68k code at a similar speed to a1 runs ppc code so I figure there'd be some people out there with a1's/peg2's/etc that could give me some tips trying to squeeze as much as possible out of uae on non x86 amiga os systems. Thanks in advance :)
