Title: Cyberus' Banal Mediator Questions
Post by: Cyberus on November 12, 2003, 05:39:56 PM
Ok, another stupid Q for you guys

I have an A4000, right?
If I want a mediator, I can use the A4000Di in the original case, OR I can tower the A4000 and use the A4000D Mediator and have some more slots, right?
Now, the Mirage 4000 Pro is for towerizing desktop A4000s isn't it?? Is it essentially a tower with a A4000D mediator in, or have I missed something?
And the Mediator 4000T is only for the Amiga 4000T
 :-?  :-?  :-?
Thanks

depends on the tower on how much work it would be, but i would always go for towering, looks better for one  :-D  as long as you don't have to saw through the motherboard etc...

Go here (http://www.elbox.com/products.html) for a nice description on what each Elbox product does.

I would generally not recommend A4000Di as the original A4000 power supply may be too weak to power a beefed up A4000 setup. You would hardly be able to run a setup as nice as...well look at my sig! ;-)

It's too big I guess, that's why it doesn't get displayed. If you go to my profile you should see it from there. I need to think of a way to shrink all that down to a few lines.

 Maybe you should put it in the Extra Info field of your profile and put a link to your profile in your signature, saying 'My Amiga Specs' or something?
