They work well. I had one in my A1000 back in the day. Well worth the current bid!
-
I say you should buy from that guy, he's really reliable.
Yeah, it's mine up for sale. I played around with it for awhile, making an Amiga 1000 self-boot system with 8MB of Fast RAM running WB 1.3. It was fun, but not very practical. I use my A600/1200/4000T for most everything these days.

I had one of these on my 1000 with a Trumpcard and a CBM 2058 RAM card (half full). Worked great.

I noticed the last few bidders on this were amiga.org people, so I'm going through them and offering a second chance auction. I had a person with a -2 feedback 'win' the auction which is against what I wrote in my auction....

I was watching this... guess I shouldn't be surprised it got up to $91!! Guess I'll just live with a bare neked Slingshot and A2091 hanging of my A1000 for now. LOL!

I bid $90 on it but upon reflection I really can't justify or afford spending that much for it right now. I'll take it for less if you want to do a private sale.
-
Yeah, that was me! I was trying to but one of these for months and would have paid more.
-
So that's you with -2 feedback?
