Title: PSU for a C= laptop
Post by: Cyberus on November 10, 2003, 10:41:35 PM
Just a quick Q (not Amiga related but C= related!)
I won an auction for a laptop on ebay, but the seller refunded my money saying that she had lost the transformer. How easy is it get a replacement do you reckon? Its an old C= 286 machine...She said she would consider selling it to me cheaper

Many, many thanks

All the best
Cyberus

edit: changed title to include C= (just in case people thought pff! PC question....which it is....doh!)

It might help if you knew the model number...

Hello
Perhaps you can order suitable transformer:
Power (http://www.tuxmobil.org/c286lte.html)
Or you can search for replacement power supply
or DC-DC transformer.

If it has a standard dc connector, then you can probably get a standard psu that has similar voltage/amp specifications

Edit:
just ignore this post... after reading the link asian1 posted, i am convinced it is not a very standard one :\
