Have you tried ebay?
It is worth watching ebay in Italy and other European ebay sites, particularly Germany and UK, for auctions where the seller will post to Europe/Worldwide.

Out of interest, what sort of accelerator do you want, and how much are you looking to spend?

Mmmhhh.....I think a 040 card.
Perhaps also a PPC but for PPC and OS4 i'm planing to buy an AmigaONE.
