Title: Differences Between X-Surf Revisions?

There have been 3 different revisions of the X-Surf card as far as I can tell.  What are the differences between the revisions and is any one superior to the other 2?  Were the different revisions done to make improvements, cost cutting, or some other reason?

When buying one, I once made a summary of info I could collect off amiga hardware sites and jens' site.

It could contain errors, but I think it's mostly right.

The XSurf 2 didn't have a BNC connector, and the XSurf 3 has some differences with the IDE and Clockports. Don't remember exactly what, but it's obvious in a photo.
