Seems pretty interesting stuff...

Why did CBM not go down the Chapter 11 route anyway?   Seems a bit silly to have gone straight to liquidation...

Sounds like the bankruptcy itself, distribution and liquidation of CBM was hurried and mishandled. Might be some loopholes or open cases. No surprise, but I have a headache now reading that  :-(  lol
