For all of you that are sitting on the fence about attending AmiWest 2009, here are just a few tid bits of info that might get you off the fence and to the show.
Big news for some is that MorphOS-2.4 has been released for the G4 MacMini. I will be showing this at my table at the show continuously for anyone curious that wants to play around with it. I will also be displaying MOS2.4 running on my Efika.
On Sunday, I and a few friends will be running an Amiga Game Competition with prizes to the winners and at least one prize to one of the losers just for participating.
On Friday there is the Amiga Clinic with several Amiga Technicians available to work on repairing and/or updating any of your Classic Amiga hardware.
AmigaKit will be attending the show with many bits of Amiga gear and software for you to purchase at great prices (they also co-sponsor the show so all of us get in FREE!)
I will have some items from DiscreetFX for sale at my table at a big discount that should go FAST!
The rumor mill has it that there may be something special at the show, or announced at the show.
And much more that I don't have time to write down (I have to finish packing!)
So, with all that is happening right not in the World of Amiga, how can you NOT attend AmiWest 2009?
I hope to see many of you there. Please introduce yourself and tell me your nick here so I can put some faces with the names I have seen here for so many years.

Damn. Sounds like a must attend show.
However, there's no way I could get up there. Shame. I could really use the workshop to fix my A3000.

Can't make it over from this coast. Hope it's a blast!

I wanted to go so bad this year, but having only one car right now, getting a new house this month, and my kids school outting this weekend killed that dream!

I'm there, arriving on Saturday morning and departing on Sunday afternoon. It'll be good to meet up with friends! :) I'll be bringing in my A1200 tower (and more) for folks to see.

Listening to the audio right now with AmigaAMP. Sounds like they are still setting up and testing.
Hoping for a good show.

I wish I could be there again with you folks. Great times there. Great Studio NNN parties too. Lots of local CA talent drops in. Awesome memories.
Always a great show in SAC-CA!

BTW: Did they show the AppleTV port work?
