This is bad news chaps. Unfortunately, Zetr0 was sold the wrong package of ZIP chip. He acquired MB814100A-70PZ parts & are NOT 1Mx4.  They are infact 4Mx1. :(

Zetr0 was sent the wrong PDF Datasheet by some guy @ Fujitstu. - Meh!

Ok, here's helpful.

1985BMWK75 here on amiga.org has provided me the above ZIP RAM on multiple occasions at a decent price, anyone looking for some might have luck contacting him.

Oh, here's a little more help, someone might want to mention this to old Zetr0 (I'm not on AmiBay or I'd do it myself): you CAN use both static column and FPM ZIP chips at the same time in a 3000 as long as the first chip in the first bank is FPM.
