Moto - gotta wish you lots of luck my friend - for the simple reason that everyone who's got one ain't selling and everyone else who hasn't wants to buy one too...
You could try a close second and do what I did recently - buy a Blizzard 1240 and then set about getting it upgraded to a 1260. Failing that try and get an Apollo 1260 - admittedly not so nice an accelerator (in my opinion) but nevertheless will do the job and speed up your A1200 nicely.
-
Well, I have one I might consider selling for the right offer, but it has to be good in order to shift hands.
It's a Blizzard 1260, with the SCSI module, comes with 48 MB ram IIRC.
-
Where were you when I was looking for a 1260 doctorq!? :-)
I would've bought it from you myself but for, as I said, getting my own sorted by upgrading a 1240.
Well moto - looks like, if your pockets are deep enough, your ship has come in! \o/

As your profile reveals, you haven't stated your wish to buy a Blizzard 1260 on this board. I don't visit EAB or Amibay, if these are the places you have stated the wish to buy one.

Well, I guess I still need a bit more luck. I'm still looking for one and willing to pay for it!

Sheesh man I was only kidding around with you - that's what the little smiley face next to me asking where you were meant.
Still, I'll remember in future that if I'd like to purchase Blizzard 1260's and would like you to be the person who sells me one that I specifically need to register my interest to you directly here on Amiga.org. Happy now?

How comes? Were your pockets not deep enough for doctorq? If so I'm sorry to hear that but as I said, they do tend to be difficult to come by. Keep looking and keep smiling though - you'll get one eventually. :)

I'm perfectly aware of that.

I think you are reading more into the words than it actually says, there is no reason to react like you do.
There is no reason for you to state your interest in buying directly to me, as I'm not the source for everything Amiga. I was just telling you that you haven't statet your interest in buying a Blizzard 1260 on this board; had you done so, you might have gotten lucky with getting a Blizzard board, either from me if I had one, or from one of the other members on here.
It's an attempt to open your eyes to the fact, that if you state your interest in buying on more forums you will have a greater chance getting what you are after.

@ doctorq - fair enough. These early mornings are a killer man - I re-read my post just now and it does come across as a bit rude. I didn't mean it to be and I apologise. No hard feelings I hope and I'll take your advice on making sure I post everywhere when I wanna try to buy something.

For anyone still looking to buy a Blizzard 1260, I've got one with 128MB of RAM I could part with.
$420USD plus shipping.

Hmm, I just had my Blizz 1240 upgraded with a Rev A 060 and the mask version before the latest. The temperature on this 060 is about the same as on the latest maksk. I normally end up using the A4000 anyway, wonder for how much it would sell but then again I'll probably regret it so I don't know...:)
