Title: DPS RC2000 manual?
Post by: darkpaw on September 10, 2009, 02:42:56 AM
I just recently bought an RC2000 remote system for the TBC-IVs in my Toaster 2000 (there are 4 in the Amiga).  I was happily surprised to see that instead of the standalone remote, it came with an entire rack-mountable unit the size of an A2000, with yet four more TBC-IVs installed in it.  And the RC2000 is running those.

Here's the problem...

DPS has long since gone offline with any of their gear, and I can't find a manual anywhere on how to set it up.  It looks like the primary controller for it goes into one of two cards beside the TBCs.  One card is listed as "RC2000" with four input ports and a video out port.  The card next to it has NTSC in and out and "super" out and "scope" out.

With no manual, I have absolutely no way of knowing how to hook this up.  :(   So I basically have EIGHT TBC-IVs on an RC2000 (my dream setup for my Toaster has finally come true), but I can't use it.

:(

Does anybody have a manual for this?  Even the "remote" RC2000 manual would probably have some info on how to do this.  But the description in the DPS manual that came with the TBCs only has like a one-pager on it, and gives no real connection info for it.

Does anybody have one of these running, that could give me some help with it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated...
