Title: Disable SCSI on a Zeus '040?
Post by: Huxley_D on September 06, 2009, 07:28:45 AM
Hi guys,

I'll keep this short:  I have both a GVP A4000 HC+8 (with an on-board 40MB drive) and a Zeus 68040 CPU board (which also features SCSI).  Since installing the Zeus, my system is a million times faster (or so it feels), but I now find that I can't mount either the internal CD-ROM drive or my LaCie external SCSI HDD (both of which were working pre-Zeus).  My hunch is that it's some sort of conflict between the two SCSI controllers, so here's my question:  is there a way to just disable the Zeus's SCSI, since I don't currently plan on using it?

Thanks,

Huxley
