hi l was going get network transiever but l chouldint afford it so ended buying this insteed

l think this is no good for me as am still just got rJ-45s output the network please tell me a genuis and cracked it
l have a old quicknet card with aui port and only bnc connectors

It sounds like the hub has AUI and BNC ports, in which case you should be fine. I'm using a similar setup. Just make sure you get all the BNC T's and terminators to go along with the BNC cable if that's the way you're doing it.

only slight problem the bnc on the back with aui port which diffrent pin number to amiga port only amiga makes it possible .... sing with me

What do you mean by "different pin number?" The BNC connector should be 10BASE2 on both devices, and you'll need five pieces for proper cabling: BNC T-connector (2), 10BASE2 terminator (2), 10BASE2 (RG-58A/U coaxial) cable (1). Attach the BNC T-connectors to the NIC and the HUB. Attach one terminator to each of the T-connectors. Connect the remaining open ends of the T-connectors with the cable. You've now built a simple Ethernet backbone.

get an AUI-TP transceiver for 10 bucks and youre in modern technology at least

had trouble tracking down one those here in new zealand thanks l follow up that brand here
l prefer thats much better solution more compact too ;-(
