I was tempted to when I saw that page a few weeks ago, but then I scrolled through the pictures and saw that while sites looked nice on every other platform, the one shown on the OS3.9 port seemed to look a bit ugly, which killed my excitement.  Probably still worth a shot though, maybe this weekend.

Somebody is making MUI version of Netsurf :D hopefully it's ready someday

netsurf mui version exists for mos ported by itix. he disclosed that he would be willing to compile 68k version, but he didnt promise no thing so far!

merlin browser is not usable, although its been told it is still under development.

I've installed and run Netsurf 68k, it was ok. I'm going to give Merlin a try this weekend. Anyone know what the latest status is of Netsurf for 68K?
