Hi all,
I know this topic has been covered before, however I can not find any postings on it. What key patches and upgrades to OS 3.9 would you suggest once I install it on my A2000? I don't want to get carried away with hacking and patching, I just want to optimize the OS with the most important ones. Thanks

Hi,
Boing Bag 1 & 2 at least.
-
Most important all time patch I have ever had the pleasure of using (thanks -D-) is the
icon.library that speeds the loading of icons VASTLY. Daily computing apples to apples
wise (no pun intended) my A2500 simply screams with that patch and makes my 2.1ghz
G5 seem dogged slow.

Here is the unofficial Boing bag 3:

Save2600 reffers to IconBeFast.

Right-O. Sorry, forgot the proper file name. Here's a linky:

The rest of BB3 rocks too. Necessary if you want a pretty tweaked out
AmigaOS.
