Anxiously awaiting the email!Time to upgrade again. Thanks to Cloanto for keeping the classic computing experience of Amiga but also adding C64 so we can have fun without scarce hardware.Mail delivered my C64 Forever package yesterday,so glad we can download ISO,physical CD took weeks to get here.
Last night I finally burnt the AF 2008 CD from downloaded iso purchased weeks ago as upgrade from AF 2006..
Tried bundled AWeb browser and websites certainly look different than using Seamonkey and WinXP!
If Cloanto can get someone to update the web browser to today's standards including ability to use secure sites that would be cause for an upgrade I'd gladly pay $19.99 just for that!
Only real gripe on AF 2008 is the Amiga screen is shifted to the left on my SOYO 24 lcd monitor so now using "orkbench" ;never had this problem using AF 2006 on an HP laptop. All looks normal through the KX light boot-up and Cloanto splash screen, only when the emulator displays the Workbench screen does it shift slightly left about 10 pixels and slightly up by about 6 or 8 pixels.
