Your board currently has 512kbytes of memory fitted, if you fill the other 12 sockets you will have 2mbytes of ram on that card.
The chips should be numbered 44256 which are 256kx4bits wide so you need 4 chips to fit the 16bit data bus.

I have been unable to find any information on p21014-8, do the chips fitted to the board have the same number?
Can the person who sold you these chips give you any information?
Sorry I could not have been more help.
