Hi all,
not too long ago i fried the sh!t out of my MP3@64 while trying to connect it to a Buddha phoenix card in my A2000. I seem to have damaged the small chip with 8 legs that sits in the middle of the mas chip and the crystal as well as the 2 blue colored radial electrolytic capacitor's. There is also a small diode (think thats what it is) that sits near the 8 legged chip that looks toasted as well.
After the damage was done i was about to throw the MP3@64 in the trash, as each time i looked at it, i kept getting angry, but then i thought, i'll hold on to it and maybe see if i can get it repaired. I know the parts that need replacing are really cheap to buy , but i am hopeless at trying any sort of repairs that require the use of a soldering iron.
Is anyone here able to repair this little card or know of someone i can send it to, to have it repaired before i get a hammer to it as each time i look at it i get flashbacks of the day i fried it.
Cheers
