assign without the processor extension before using Anim2mpeg.
the first part is pretty clear and i got that done but the second part the assign isn't
what format is the assign statement for MPimage.library supposed to take? where does the assign statement go?

I interpret that to mean "remove the processor extension from the library's filename, then copy it to libs:"
The libs: assign already exists. You don't need to create it.

Badly written documentation :)
You need to think of "libs: assign" as 1 single noun.
"assign" is not a verb in that sentence.
