Title: Subscribers cannot access bug reports or links

For a second I thought of using the bug reporting tool to report this bug before the 'Doh!' moment hit me like a unfriendly blow from a sledge hammer.:hammer:

Seriously though, a few options still have to be enabled for the new subscribers group.

Ok, sorry about that.  I think I've got everything now.  Links, Projects, blogs, and classifieds should now all be right.  Let me know (e-mail is faster -- I never saw this thread) otherwise please?
