i wonder if there is another update for classic.
I certainly hope so. There are some nasty bugs with the Sound prefs tool as it currently stands.
-
Or just bring it up to 4.1.
Really though, did anyone try to update non-hardware reliant parts of OS4.0 with OS4.1 components?
-
I feel sorry for anyone that upgraded to OS 4.0, only for OS 4.1 to be released a few months later.
-
Uhm, why?
OS4.0 runs on CyberstormPPC and BlizzardPPC - OS4.1 doesnt (at least not yet).
-
I wonder if MorphOS developers are going to lower the price of theirs... that would be nice.
-
@TheMagicM
Lower the price of theirs? So they should give you money if you install MorphOS for PowerUp? ;)

Because it looks like a complete dead-end with OS 4.1 only software now being released and no upgrade path for PPC classic users.
I guess the real problem with OS 4.0 classic is that it was released about 7 years late ;)
