Title: Any issues overclocking 030EC from 40 MHz to 50 MHz

Is there any issues about overclcocking a 68030EC@ 40 MHz to 50 MHz?

I found out that my 68030@50 MHz doesn't work realible.

Just make sure you keep the magic smoke inside - if you let that stuff out it'll probably never work again.

I have some EC030 CPUs, they works with 50 MHZ.
I think the most will work with the next higher clock.

one day i have overclocked a 030@20 mhz to 50 mhz without fan.
it was stable for few seconds, than crash.

i think there is no problem 40 to 50 mhz.
at least you can add a fan on the chip.

i have only 33 clocked to 40, works flawlessly for many years
