Every news article since the year 2000 is back online, thanks once again to Karlos.
You can view them here (http://www.amiga.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=2)
The front page is being worked on to include news topic icons, but should now be at least reminiscent of "what was". It is also the only way to get the "latest news", but we are working on a specific "latest news" page which will come later.
News Icons
On our to do list is to get the front page news items to show topic icons like it used to do. This is being complicated by the fact that the news module doesn't seem to want to interpret the $forumid number correctly, but we'll get there.
HOW TO SUBMIT NEWS
Here is the direct link to submit new Amiga news items and press releases;

Note that news items and comments from departed members have been incorporated under the guise of the "System" user.

Nice, looking more familiar every day :)

As I'm one of the few that hated the old design (after 8 years of seeing it), I'm fairly sure I was just publicly insulted..
:laughing:

Thanks for bringing the articles back, Wayne.

I meant it is more familiar in the sense that the news articles appear less like posts and more like articles.
