Title: Idle A68K v1.70d available

Just recently Michel 'DMX' Bagmeijer made some bugfixes to his Idle a68k program.

Changes:
- Small fixes.
- Should work just a little better with WinUAE.
- Recompiled with vbcc 0.9.

Ok, it shows how busy CPU is, so I think it's nice, I'll actually check it out. You should put a description of what it does, at 1st I thought it was a program to idle the 68k, which doesn't make much sense...!
