Anyone know where I can get a scandoubler..or better still does someone here have one for sale??
This would be all I need to connect a miggy 1200 to a svga monitor right or would I still need that vga adapter thingy (I'm assuming this is built into the scandoubler)

Vesalia (http://www.vesalia.com) has some for sale :
AmiScan-FF external scandoubler and flickerfixer. Now with mire contrast and brightness. compatible with genlocks.
(ACT) 91.90 Add item to your order
that´s what appears, when typing scandoubler into the "search for" field ;-)

I use an internal DCE scandoubler on my 1200,
and I say get it. The internal models have better
picture quality, especially in the laced modes,
which look good on VGA type monitors anyhow.
The picture quality on the DCE model is very
impressive, IMO.

I've got an internal DCE one too. It's great. There is one gotcha however; LCD panels REALLY don't like it. You get a shimmering effect and lots of pixel drop out.
